Meeting Dates
Holwell Parish Council meets every other month to conduct its regular business. Additional meetings may be called to discuss any urgent business that needs to be transacted before the next scheduled meeting.
Meeting dates for 2023
Please note, that due to Councillor absences the Parish Council will not be quorate, therefore the meeting tonight (Thursday 7 September) has been cancelled. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
The next meeting of full Council will be on Thursday 7 September 2023, 7.30 pm in the Village Hall. Future meeting dates for Parish Council meetings are – Thursday 2 November, Thursday 11 January 2024 and Thursday 7 March 2024.
Please note you will need to print your own agenda and schedule as they will not be provided at the meeting.
Agendas and minutes of previous meetings can be found below. Agendas of upcoming meetings may be found here. Agendas are published at least three working days in advance of the meeting. Minutes of meetings are also displayed here. They remain in draft form until confirmed and signed at a subsequent meeting. Copes of minutes, schedules and agenda from previous meetings can be obtained by contacting the Clerk.
Further dates are to be confirmed but usually take place every two months.
