Minutes, Meetings and Agendas

Members of the public are welcome to attend Parish Council Meetings.

These are usually held on the second Monday of each calendar month, in Winfrith Newburgh’s Village Hall (located on the junction of Water Lane and Thornicks, at the northern end of the village). Occasionally the venue may change to St. Christopher’s Church (at the opposite end of the village), or the meeting may be conducted virtually on ZOOM (for instance, if we have a Covid lock-down). The venue for each meeting is displayed within the Agenda for that month, which you can find below. If it is to be on ZOOM, then the hyperlink to the meeting will also be displayed next to the relevant meeting date.

NOTICE BOARDS

Agendas and Minutes are also posted on the notice boards at the Winfrith Newburgh village shop and on the wall of the Countryman pub, in East Knighton.
